Alipús Santa Ana del Río is an Espadín agave mezcal, delicate and herbal, with subtle notes of smoke and pineapple. Made in Eduardo Hernández's palenque, it is distilled twice in copper stills after being ground with a tahona (stone wheel) and cooked in underground wood-fired ovens.
