1. Right text of retraction.
In accordance with the provisions of article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, as a Consumer, you have the right to exercise the withdrawal in the framework of sales made through the delivery service, within the following five (5) business days. counted from the delivery of the good, except in the purchase of perishable products, consumer goods or goods for personal use and/or intoxicating drinks.

2. Information that must be delivered to customers when receiving the call in the home service (Decree 1499 of 2014).

● Essential characteristics of the product to be supplied by the home service;
● The final price, that is, including all applicable taxes and costs;
● Delivery and transportation costs, when applicable;
● The forms of payment that can be used;

● The existence of the right of withdrawal;

3. Home Service Cancellation Policy.

Users of the home service have the possibility to exercise their right to withdraw their purchase; that is, they can autonomously and freely request that the purchase be reversed, returning things to their initial state; that is, by the user returning the purchased merchandise in perfect condition, without having used it and suitable for a new sale by TRADECMR SAS AND/OR LICORES MEDELLÍN, refunding the amount paid for the product; as long as it meets the following conditions:

1. The customer has the right of withdrawal if:

● The product is not damaged or deteriorated by actions corresponding to the user. The product has labels, sales receipt, accessories and original packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.).
● The product shows no signs of use, dirt or wear.

2. The policies to take into account in the withdrawal or return process are:
● Transportation costs must be borne by the user and others who bring the return of the good. TRADE CMR SAS AND/OR LICORES MEDELLÍN will return the money to the user, within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the returned merchandise, through the means stipulated by the user (consignment in bank account, delivery in cash at payment points, etc.).
● The merchandise may be returned through these means at the user's choice:
● Delivering personally at the delivery address of the order.

The following cases are excepted from the right of withdrawal:
● In contracts for the provision of services whose provision has begun with the agreement of the consumer;
● In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control;
● In contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
● In contracts for the supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly;
● In betting and lottery service contracts;
● In contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods and intoxicating beverages;
● In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use. Only by fulfilling these conditions will the customer receive all the money for their purchase. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the customer and there will be no refund.
