2. Add the sugar and ice, beat for 30 seconds.

3 ounces of pisco
1 ounce lemon juice (preferably green for acidity)
1 egg white
1 ounce sugar syrup 2 drops Angostura bitters
6 cubes of ice


1. Add all the ingredients, except the egg white, to the blender and blend for one minute approximately.
2. Next, enter the egg white.
3. Beat for about 5 more seconds until the whites foam.
