Alipús San Luis is an Espadín agave mezcal, with notes of pineapple, honey and minerals from the mountainous land where the agaves grow. Made in the Baltazar Cruz palenque in San Luis, Oaxaca, it is distilled twice in copper stills after being ground with a tahona (stone wheel) and cooked in underground wood-fired ovens.
