Tasting notes and how to drink it
Golden straw color; it offers vanilla, honey, ripe fruit and a light wood background over the agave. Drink it neat, on the rocks or in a paloma; the resting gives it body for short cocktails. For cocktails with Tequila Don Julio Reposado, grapefruit and lime are the citrus fruits that suit it best. This bottle yields about 23 servings of 30 ml. It goes with beef tacos, roast chicken and semi-hard cheeses.
