Tasting notes and how to drink it
Fruit, honey and vanilla on the nose; on the palate, ginger, cinnamon, tangerine and a distinct wood smoke. It is a mezcal widely used behind the bar: mezcal mule, mezcal negroni or neat with orange. If it is your first time with Mezcal Del Maguey Vida, start with a short sip to get your palate used to the smoke. Count on about 25 servings of 30 ml per bottle. It pairs with pork, ripe plantain and chocolate.
